Leading he design team at Infracommerce from its early days as a startup to its IPO
In 2014, I embraced the challenge of leading the design team at Infracommerce, a small startup in São Paulo with 60 employees and big dreams. We were just 3 designers and an intern, working with limited resources but limitless passion, delivering creative ads for clients like Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Vivara. As the company grew, so did our ambitions. We brought in major brands like Monsanto, New Balance, Ubisoft, and Unilever, expanding the team and forming specialized squads focused on store delivery and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This was a turning point—our design approach matured, we earned UX certification, and developed innovative frameworks for user testing. By 2018, our team had grown to nearly 20 designers, shaping experiences for top brands like Nike and Ray-Ban. Infracommerce’s IPO was a proud milestone, expanding our reach to global clients like Samsung, Armani, and Hugo Boss. Along the way, I’ve worked with renowned brands, expanded my expertise, and enjoyed personal milestones, ready for whatever comes next.
