Understanding brazilian public and develop personalized journeys
In 2018, my design team at Infracommerce commenced the development of the user experience for Nike’s online store. I led the designers, collaborating closely with the development team and merchandising management to comprehend Nike users, derive insights, prototype, report findings, and guide implementation to enhance engagement and conversion. In terms of user experience testing, this project stands out as one of the most rewarding I’ve been involved in. On one hand, the positive metrics and substantial website traffic yielded highly impactful and rapid results. On the other hand, the incredible and passionate partnership with the Nike merchandising team and Infracommerce’s Client Service team, which manages the store, helped unify everyone towards common objectives.
